MANDATORY INSURANCE REPORTING: The Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 has created mandatory reporting requirements for Liability Insurance (including Self-Insurance), No Fault Insurance, and Workers Compensation. For additional information, please refer to the following website from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In addition, the MSIA encourages its members to subscribe for updates from CMS.
